**StoryNest Profit-Sharing Program Overview**

At StoryNest, we are committed to fostering a community of talented authors and rewarding them for their contributions to our platform. Our Profit-Sharing Program is designed to empower and support our members by sharing 50% of the app's profits among 100 carefully selected authors. Here's a detailed explanation of how the program works:

1. **Equal Profit Distribution:**
- 50% of the app's profits will be evenly split among the 100 members of the Profit-Sharing Program.

2. **Income Based on Subscribers:**
- The income each member receives is directly tied to the number of subscribers to their works on the app.
- For instance, having 500 subscribers could yield approximately $5.00 per person, while 9000 subscribers might result in over $700 per month.

3. **Payout Threshold:**
- Payments will commence once the profit pool accumulates enough to distribute $50.00 to each participating member.

4. **Subscription Focus:**
- The profit-sharing model is not influenced by book sales or the time spent reading each book. Instead, it revolves around the number of subscribers to a member's works.

5. **Active Participation Requirement:**
- To remain an active member of the profit-sharing group, each author is encouraged to contribute by producing at least one book per year.
- This ensures that we have a growing library of content, attracting more subscribers and increasing the overall profit pool.

6. **Enforcement of Activity:**
- Failure to produce a book within the given timeframe may result in the removal of the author's works and membership from the profit-sharing program.
- This decision is made to give other aspiring authors on the waiting list an opportunity to join and contribute to the community.

7. **Pay it Forward Program:**
- While our Profit-Sharing Program has reached its maximum capacity, our commitment to supporting authors continues through the Pay it Forward program.
